2026 will see the Australian Geography Teachers Association continue with our biennial tradition of awarding and acknowledging excellence in the creation of resources that guide outstanding geographical teaching and support student learning across Australia.
We invite all publishers, whether they be major educational resource providers, not-for-profits or teaching associations to consider submitting for a 2026 AGTA Award. This acknowledgement can help promote your important work in supporting geographical education and provide an acknowledgement of quality that teachers across the country can use when making decisions on their resourcing.
